Suggest Remedy For Spots On Penis

One small spot on the head of my penis feels raw to touch but, looks completely normal, what could cause this and how do I fix it, how can I help it heal as fast as possible?Also id like to know what can cause this? It wasn t masturbation because I did this morning and was fine until earlier it rubbed my jeans and hurt
