Suggest Remedy For Spotting

I am a mother of two and have had spotting for 3 days during my normal period time ( i am very regular 28 day cycle) , i am feeling a little nauseated and i took two different hpt (first response) the one i took at night had a faint second line, so i decided to take one in the morning and it was negative. Still no period, spotting has completely stopped and i m confused. Am I pregnant? Also I ve never been on BC or anything, and don t feel stressed.

HI,
I understand your concern.
Spotting during periods with history of otherwise regular menses..along
with nausea, suggests possibility of pregnancy/ irregularity due to other causes like illness/ stress/ hormonal imbalance.
Even if you have conceived, home pregnancy test of urine will not diagnose it so early > It is reliable after a week delay in period.. ( the second test you did ,may be +ve due to contamination of urine with blood.) Blood HCG testing diagnoses pregnancy around the date of menstruation.
