Suggest Remedy For Sprained Nose, Black Lips And Gums After Being Hit

hi, last night i got drunk and got into a fight and was hit in the face three or four times got my noise sprained and my lips and gums are black and blue. know i think i got jumped walking to my car but the people i was with say i got into a fight with a friend of mine but in my own mind i remmeber it differtly. what is wrong?
