Suggest Remedy For Spreading Swelling In Fingers Due To Past Injury

i had finger injury about 10 years back.due to which my finger swelled,but x-ray showed no fracture at that time.timed passed on but that swelling didnt go.now that swelling is spreading to other fingers also and i have pain as well.what may be cause and solution of this problem plz.
