Suggest Remedy For Stabbing Pain In Belly Button,lower Abdomen And Back

I have been having stabbing pains in my belly button that come and go for the last 2 days. I am also having some pains in my lower right abdomin and lower right back. I have some nausea and I feel like I have to have a bowel movement but cannot pass much of anything.

go for USG abdomen and rule out appendicitis/colitis/ureteric colic.mention your as sex location.till that you can take tab drotin twice a day along with cap rabiprazol-domperidone bd before meal
