hi i have been very tired over the last month, I have had the flu like symptoms, my muscles have been very tender and I have had a couple of unexplained rashes that came and went very quickly. Also, there has been joint pain in my hands on and off for the last few years which is not quite bad, I wake up very stiff and tender.
