Suggest Remedy For Stiffness And Swelling In The Knee

Knee on lateral side on the tibia right below knee cartilage.. pain to the touch as if there was a crack or fracture. I have zero pain otherwise. I have all range of motion. I can run jump walk and move laterally. The issue is after the activities...stiffness in the area and swelling...after ice it returns to normal
