Suggest Remedy For Stiffness In Fingers And Left Hand

I have swelling in both hands for four weeks. Under treatment of RA Dr and am on Prednisone with no improvement. Recovering from laminectomy surgery of the cervical spine with six removed five month ago. Joints in hands very stiff and most pain in left hand. Also taking Gabapentin, Robaxin, and pain meds.
