Suggest Remedy For Stiffness In Knee

hell doctor....well am 20 yr old male..have undergone patella tendon and mcl surgery in feb. 2010. presently am able to bend my knee properly...and i can walk like a limp. the problem is that my knee is still stiff and not that smooth and i cannot climb stairs...how long will it take to recovery totally ?????
