Suggest Remedy For Stiffness In Neck And Severe Headache

i slipped while carrying a 5-gal bkt. up ladder on my coal truck. i have had pain at sterno- clavicular joint along with headaches and shoulder pain and tingling in left arm. the mri said bulging disc c5-c6. i also have a mushy feeling knot at the top of clavical area by the bottom of my neck for almost 2 mos. now. when i drive it gets worse and my neck gets stiff and i get a bad headache.
