Suggest Remedy For Stiffness In The Neck And Nausea

It started off as a knot by by left shoulder that raidiated pain up to my neck. My neck is stiff, I'm not vomiting but having a horrible time with the nausea. I am so tired. I don't think I've had a fever but I haven't checked either. My hyoid bone is painful to the touch and even my face (jaw) hurts. The top of the neck and the base of my skull is hurting the worst today. Help its been 4 days!
