Suggest Remedy For Stinging Pain In Shoulders

I have had pain in my rt shoulder blade and rt side of ribs/stomach for 3 months now. I first noticed pain when i would eat. I have had ct, ct heita and blood work and sonoram all normal.? any idea what this could be? the pain in rt shoulder is now feeling like a bee stinging me and I have stinging burning pain in ribs
