Suggest Remedy For Stink From Underarms

Hi Doc,I have this problem of having a smell eminating from my underarms due to the sweat, as I do live in Mumbai and the weather is always hot and humid and I travel by local trains. Thus I cannot stop the sweating, however, is there anything that can help the stink ? Someone suggested Perobar 5% soap, will that be effective?

Hi.
As per your case history of bad odour from under arms, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and spicy diet.
2. Use a good cleansing soap like Dettol for bathing twice a day.
3. Apply an antiperspirant lotion like aluminum chloride lotion daily once at night.
4. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
