Suggest Remedy For Stomach Cramps With Diarrhea

I m 58 years old, last night I had extreme stomach cramps and when I went to the bathroom it took awhile to finally go. It was diarrhea and this happened one other time during the night. In the morning I was getting less severe cramps, but when I went to the bathroom only blood came out. Some was in clumps, but not a lot. I had salad and popcorn during the day, as well as a grapefruit and other things. My last colonoscopy was five years ago and everything was ok. Should I worry or wait a day or two to see if this clears up.

Well come to HCM
This could be due to intestinal infection and If I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, for seven days, for the cramps Tab Dicylomine with Acetaminophen can be tried, take care.
