Suggest Remedy For Stomach Flu With Vaginal Pain

hi...i have just finished my period last week then flew from norway to peru (32hrs) amd them came up with a stomach flu (got bactrin for a day) and then the day after i had A BIT of discomfort in my vagina (i was peeing a lot and had a little tiny sensation in the bellybutton) and for that i was give uroplus for 2 days...THEN i started to develop a pain in my upper right quadrant just under the ribs...i was given espasmex but it is not gone yet...
