Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain During Periods

i am 16.7 years old i have the MC problem during period i have haevy pain in my stomach and vagina underside dear mam to get reliefe i have taken 20 nos placentrex injection but i could`t get releife and now i am taking karimson35 tablets so mam can i get reliefe from my pain or this tablets are harmfull foe me. plz let me know
