Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain, Low Grade Fever, Low Appetite And Swollen Glands In A Child

My 4-year-old daughter has stomach pain. She cries when we try to move her. She is only comfortable in fetal position. Her temperature has been between 99 and 100 today, normal yesterday, and 101-103 for 3 days prior to that. Her glands are swollen. She has decreased appetite, but is drinking fluids. She does not have vomiting or diarrhea. We were at the ER two days ago, and they told us she had a virus. But, the stomach pain has just developed today.
