Suggest Remedy For Stomach Pain With Heart Burn

I have savier tummy pain & heart burn but on thursday my tummy started hurting & id threw up. Now I have the chills alone with dizzyniess every now & then. I get chills when my stomach hurts.. Bloating.. Fullness,burning, and reflux along with chills. Up & down my arms...

This is a severe form of your problem ans you should visit the ER sooner.
The probable causes are infection of intestines or some part of abdomen.
You need to be seen by a Doctor to examine clinically for the vitals like temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure. If the vitals are disturbed you need to be admitted , investigated and treated accordingly.
Initially you need tests of blood to see the level of infection,blood sugar, kidney and liver function tests; urine , stool tests and most important standing X-ray abdomen and ultrasonography.
Visit the ER ASAP, do not try anything at home, do not take solid foods as empty stomach or only liquids are necessary for investigations.
