Suggest Remedy For Strained Muscle

Hi names Anthony am 20 5ft 9in 170 lbs I got a strain muscle on my left side for 8 months now when I went to hospital that s what the doc says and up to now it still bothering me but a little better than before my family doc says am ok but am scared if it s the heart or lung and it still pains what should I do? Am thinking I have Aniexty cause I worry too much

Strained muscle recovery will get help with following guidelines:
- Deep breathing exercises will prove corner stone of the therapy
- Meditations and YOGA
- Avoid stress and anxiety with muscle relaxation techniques
- Manage to have sound regular sleep of 8 hours
- Do regular aerobics and swimming, walking in fresh air whatever is convenient for you
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Control of body weight
- Control of blood sugar, blood pressure
- Involve more in likelihood activities
- Continue medications as per the guidance of your doctor
