Hi, I am Dr.Shreyash Mehta, MD Community Medicine
I understood your query, I hope my answer will solve you query
I think you might have exerted too much while working out. You might have added up the weight while flexing your
biceps muscles.
These injury do not appear at the very moment but can appear late may be after 12-24 hours. This may be due to minor hemorrhages in your muscles.
I advise you to take rest, avoid biceps exercises for 2 days.
You may take non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like Tab.
diclofenac sodium or Tab.
Ibuprofen if the
muscle strain affects your normal daily routine.
Doing exercise of particular group of muscles thrice a week in sets 3 is enough to develop your muscles. One need not strain a particular group of muscles daily.
From the history you give I do not think it is
Rheumatoid Arthritis. As its early symptoms are
    Fatigue
    Joint pain
    Joint tenderness
    Joint swelling
    Joint redness
    Joint warmth
Stiffness of joints, particularly worse in the morning
    Many joints affected (
polyarthritis)
Both sides of the body affected (symmetric)
However for completely ruling out Rheumatoid Arthritis you need to consult you family physician.
