ENT Specialist 's  Response
you may be having what is known as atrophic rhinitis. Start using saline nose drops three times daily and drink plenty of water and reduce exposure to dust and smoke. Get your hemoglobin checked.
You could use a homemade solution of boiled, cooled water in which 1 teaspoon each of salt and cooking soda and 1 tablespoon of boric powder has been dissolved. Use this to douche your nose three times a day.
Try it for a month before seeing an ENT.
