Suggest Remedy For Stretch In Calves,quads And Hamstrings

I am in desperate need of some advice. No matter what I do (basketball, softball, running, etc...) I have pulled both my calves, quads and hamstrings??? Why does this keep happening?? I stretch and jog and do everything I can possibly think of but still having these issues and I'm only 33! I have never had these issues and now they never go away.
