Suggest Remedy For Stuffed Feeling In Ears

my stuffed and ears are making my days miserable; sinus rinse, nazonex, allegra do NOT help. How can I elivate this pressure and begin to provide for myself; this noise is wearing on my nerves. The noise is like letting out air slowly from a baloon. NO I DO NOT get mucus when I blow my nose.

hello,
I think you are having eustachian tube dysfunction due to upper resp inefction. take a course of antibiotics as amox 500mg thrice daily with nasal decongestants like sinarest, or wikryl-l, and steam inhalation after nasivion followed by valsalva maneuver ( forceful blowing of cheeks with nose closed) for 5 days. after 5 days just continue steam and valsalva. you will feel good
