Doctor, one month ago i donno wetr its a dream or actual..i feel like someone sqeezing my heart a woke frm sleep..i donmo wetr its a dream or actual..after i woke up i felt little loke little painin tis too i donno wetr its a dreams rectn or actual.ten i sleep.but aftr tht rarly once a tree days or once a week i feel lik a lightnin gng down for one scnd in left chest..two week ago i had severe cold now there is no cold but lottle cough is ter.tuday wen i breath out i feel a slyt pain in ryt chest today.is ter ny need of seeing a cardialogst for this?

With the limited info and confused history,I would suggest you to check out with Cardiologist,as its left chest lightening pain-related with Cardiac region.He would physically examine and would do needful tests to rule out any risks with it.
