I get really dizzy and nauseated no headache I sleep it off after 8 to 12 hours bp drops back to 118/78 and I feel the change as it drops. Can you tell me what it is?

Hi,

Sudden high rise of BP is often not associated with migraine. So, you need to have a regular BP monitoring and see if you are hypertensive and needs treatment.

Further, I would like to know if your symptoms increases on light and sound exposure?

If yes, then these features are in favour of migraine and treatment may be started for the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
