Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Bruising From Ankles To Tip Of Toes

so I was riding a horse on saturday and she bucked me off. As she bucked I felt my ankle go sideways and snap...its been two days now and its swollen and still swelling, bruised down to the tip of my toes, and I have ice on it all the time..should I go in and have it looked at?
