Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Bruising Of Toe Due To Injury

A few hours ago I fell down my stairs and my middle toe jammed. I felt pain right away and at first my toe was a normal color. It didn't look bad and I went to the mall; when I got home I saw that my toe was swollen and bruised. The toe is red and on top of the foot is bruised. I then had to go to a mandatory engagement party and I wore high heeled shoes which made it worse. I just took two advils and am icing it at the moment. My leg feels weak and numb which is really worrying me. Can this be a blood clot or something worse. Here is a pic of my toe: WWW.WWWW.WW
