Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Dizziness After Taking MDMA

I took coke Thursday and I had no idea it had MDMA till I was told it was mixed.... I feel nasty and my head feels heavy, swollen, I m extremely dizzy to the point where I want to pass out, I feel out of this world... It s been 4 days... Should I go to the doctor?
