Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Itching In Labia

i had sex for the first time last week and we used a condom the first time and i felt a little irratated and my bf and i had sex again earlier this week (unpertected) and now my labia is swollen and it itches and it hurts. is there anything i could do to make the swelling go down and make the pain go away?
