Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Ankle, Hip, Knee And Thigh

i have fracture in my right thigh in the age of 50 i have pain in hip,knee and ankle of same leg even severe varicose vain in same leg,the fracture and pain can be concide,once i fell on my knee and since then a bump is there below knee in front side,what shoud i do? i went to orthopedic sugeons they gave some medicinebut problem remain as it is,what should i do now? i don`t have bp or sugar, ra factor test is negative, uric acid is in normal range,i have swelling in my right ancle in left leg also swelling but less.
