Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Knee

So my knee popped out 3 days ago I popped it back in and continued playing a baseball game. The next day it was swollen a little but I was still able to walk without pain. Now 3 days later it's swollen huge and I can't bend it back. Still doesn't Hurt to put wait on it
