Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Lower Leg With History Of Torn Meniscus

In 2012 I had a slight torn meniscus on both sides of knee and a acl sprain.. Never got surgery done.. But after 3 years of working (on my feet all day) it has got worse... Swollen really bad.. ( after standing or walking for about 15 minutes) Pain that shoot from my knee to the my ankle.. Or the pain shoot from my knee to my thigh... My knee locks on me.. Numb sensation in my toes .. Very painful

I really appreciate your concern, knee is very fragile joint, if this is the torn meniscus then surgery is must and it has to be done later or sooner, but get it done as early as it is possible, before it becomes even worse than this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
