Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Pain In Shin Bone

I hit my shine bone on a trailer hitch on Saturday. it is slightly swollen and feels bruised although there is no discoloration. I've been using ice packs off and on and keeping my leg elevated when I can. I'm limping and it doesn't feel like it's getting any better.
