Hi,

It sounds like you may have developed an infection from popping the pimple inside your nose. Here are some remedies you can try to alleviate the swelling and pain:
* Apply a warm compress: Use a warm compress on the affected area to reduce inflammation and promote blood flow. Dip a clean washcloth in hot water, wring it out, and place it over the swollen area for 10-15 minutes. Do this a few times a day.
* Saltwater rinse: Mix a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water and swish the solution around in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. This can help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
* Over-the-counter pain relievers: Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen to alleviate the pain and reduce inflammation.
* Antibiotics: If the swelling and pain do not go away or if the area becomes red and inflamed, you may need to see a doctor for antibiotics to treat the infection.
* Stop picking at pimples: To prevent further infections, it is important to avoid picking at pimples, especially inside the nose. This can introduce bacteria into the skin and lead to infections.

If the pain and swelling persist or worsen, it's important to see a doctor to rule out any serious underlying conditions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
