Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Soreness In Arm

Hello. I practice an extreme sport and about 4 hours ago I fell kinda hard.It seems as if I hurt my arm: My wrist and a little zone above the wrist (towards the elbow, not the fingers). It has swollen (both my wrist and the zone above my wrist) a little.The "zone" is located at ~2 cm above the wrist and has a length of about 4cm, if that's of any help.I can move my hand a little without feeling any pain.I want to know if I should be concerned about this, if it could be a fracture or if it's just a sprain.
