Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Varicocele with
testicular pain due to retrograde flow of blood in to testicular veins.Cause is in the abdominal testicular veins, whose valves are incompetent, which leads to retrograde venous flow causing congestion of the testes and
spermatic cord,causing stretch pain.
So don't use nurofen,as it is not due to inflammation.
For pain, else you can take Tylenol-/
paracetamol tab,if unbarable pain is there.Or Scrotal Supports to hanging heavy testes would also reduce the pain in testes.
Remedy-
You should Consult A Surgeon or
Urologist.
Get Color Doppler done to detect the regurge from Venous Flow.
Get the planned Varicocelectomy- by high inguinal ligation or microvascular ligation of the feeder Varicose Pampiniform Veins of spermatic cord.
Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.
Good Day!!
