Suggest Remedy For Swelling Around The Neck

I have a large swelling under my skin on and around my 4 years old neck piercing (nape) I don't no if I should take it out as it will heal and seal over the infection. Salt water soaks pain killers so far have done nothing. Any suggestions would be amazing...
