Suggest Remedy For Swelling & Blood Shot In Eyes

My 10 yr old daughter s right eye has been swollen,blood shot, and watery for about 1wk. She also has a small knot on the same side close to her ear. She says it is painful, l called her Dr. and they think its allergies an not pink eye, but I ve given her benadryl,claritan, and zyrtec but nothing seems to be working.

the swelling near ear must be bacterial infection. it has effected eye. it requires systemic anti biotic for 5days. combiflam tablet after food . with control of infection the eye problem will be controlled.
