Amlodipine can cause swelling of feet or gums but
swelling of face is uncommon while Lotensyl(Lercanidipine)
does not cause any swelling.
It seems the swelling of face and legs ; in your case may be
due to disease ..Uncontrolled Hypertension and not due to drug
as you presume.
I advise workup for Oedema like Kidney function,Liver function
2-D Echo for heart and Thyroid Function to know the cause of
swelling.
Meanwhile a drug like Telmesartan or Periendopril with Chlorthelidone
will control the BP and swelling both.
I find this answer helpful
