Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Face, Dizziness And Fatigue

hello I have been having problems with my face swelling only on the right side, I went to the ER & Doctor they said I had a sinus infection . I am now still feeling bad with dizziness, feeling weak and no energy. My right side of my face is now numb and I have no control of my right side .

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain swelling on one side of face along with numbness and dizziness can be due to sinus infection and I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and along with it he can advise you an MRI or PNS View X ray of sinuses to confirm the cause..
In case if sinusitis is confirmed he can advise you to take a course of antibiotics like Levofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Advil, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, steam inhalations, saline nasal irrigation and steroid nasal sprays..
He can also advise you decongestant nasal sprays, warm compresses over the face and also avoid air conditions atmosphere..
He can also advise you to avoid chilled foods..
