Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Hands And Legs And Pain In Right Hand

my wife hands and legs swells .after my son delievery she has been sterlized and through out her pregancy she has been taking lots of liver medicine .she has pain in her right hand can u please let me know why is this and where do i go im worried as she is a working lady
