hi i am a woman married for 2 yrs i am 25 yrs old, my husband and i enjoy sex but his left scrotum is bit swollen,he is very shy so cant consult a sexlogist,he told me he used to masturbate during his early days,and i still help him do that can this harm him,please help,i love my husband very much

Noted your history about your husband developing swelling on the left side of the scrotum.
The commonest causes are Hydrocele or hernia.
The swelling is persistent when there is hydrocele, it is reducible if it is due to hernia or varicocele.
In spite he is shy, you have to take him to the General Surgeon or Urologist to get a proper check-up and get operated in indicated so.
