Suggest Remedy For Swelling In Legs And Ankle After Taking Stamlo 10 Mg

Hi Doctor,I am a high BP patient.For past 5 years using cardace h 5 mg,last month i was admitted to hospital with High BP.Then doctor prescribed me stamlo 10 mg,which i am using and my BP got controlled but i am getting swelling at my legs,ankels.Can you please provide any solution for this,I have to continue with same tablet or is there any tablet withput sweeling and reducing BP.Thanks in advance.
