Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Cheekbone And Pain In The Jaw

um so today at soccer practice this girl and i hit heads really hard ok well i got hit in the face, the cheekbone to be exact. it hurts like mess and i just want to make sure that it is just a bruise and not something more serious. it is really swollen and is like a red purple color and my jaw hurts and all the way up my face to my forhead. my teeth even hurt. thanks
