Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Feet Post Treatment For Fever With Low Platelet Count

Hello, my mom had BP,sugar and thyroid which was normal and then had fever(Her platelets were down).She had been admitted in hospital and now fever as gone and platelets are increased but BP,sugar level and thyroid is high. So doctor gave her Amlong for BP, there was a swelling in feet so again doctor changed to Asomax D but in Asomax D also there is a sweeling in feet. So is it ok take Repace H instead of Asomax D ? and for Thyronom for thyroid and GP 2, Gluconum SR for sugar. Could you please suggest me.Thanks in advance.

Fever can be an example because platelets can form and die quickly. This is because they have a short half life. In case the platelet levels are above 20000 to 30000, the treatment is usually done conservatively. This can be managed with medication or rest especially if there is no symptoms like purpura or bleeding. In case the level is low, one might need platelet transfusion.
