Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Knee

Hi Sir, I had some swelling from knee (rt leg) 15 yrs back and I went to one homeopathic research centre, they conducted investigation and told me that this is a case of filariasis. I dont have that report. At that time, no fever was there, only swelling and little bit of pain. After taking medicine, the swelling reduced and the leg became normal. I continued the medicine for around 1 yr to prevent from happening again. Then may be after 5-7 yr, again the same thing happened and I consulted some doctor. they tested my esonopholis %age and told me that it is a case of philaria but i continued homeopathic medicine and it cleared. Now also the same problem happend again. I consulted some doctor and told them that this is a cse of filariasis, but they did doopler scan and found nothing. they finally examined my blod for AES count and it was 570 and they told me that some filariasis prob is there. I have taken DEC Tab (1 tab for 20 days) and then Dytor (1 tab for 10 days), certizine (1 tab for 10 days) and micronac (2 tabs for 5 days). Now the swelling been reduced 95% and the medicine also finished for 2 days and now I am feeling the same swelling been stared again. Can u please suggest the permanent cure for the same as well as at present to reduce the swelling and khujli (hindi).
