Suggest Remedy For Swelling In The Legs

I'm a 35 year old woman and both of my legs from the ankle to above the knee is swollen and very hard, painful,they have also turned black,when i touch them the skin indents, i have been diagnosed 2 times with cellulitis, but this condition doesn't ever improve in fact it gets worst and the swelling is moving up can u give me some advice please.
