Suggest Remedy For Swelling On Temples After An Injury

I was hit on both sides of my temple in a fight. Afterwards my veins was very noticeable and pulsating hard. I did have swelling on both side and it was hard for me to eat or even open my mouth. 1 week later there is still swelling on the side that was hit the hardest, and i.m still having a little pain when I yawn. Should I be concerned??

I think you should visit a maxillofacial doctor. It can be related to dysfunction of TMJ Joint possibly a dislocation during the fight.
