Suggest Remedy For Swelling,pain,itching And Soreness In Vagina

hi doctor i had sex 5 days ago and my clitoris is swollen and is painful also i have sores around my vagina and between my anus and my vagina its very painful i dont think i have and std because this has been my sexual partner for the past 4 yrs and he isnt experiencing anything the sores make it hard for me to urinate and walk properly now i have been using candid v gel for the itching and irritation but it doesnt seem to be workin and everytime i come from urinating i have to reapply the product also side note i didnt get the sores until 3 days ago, i was examining my clitoris and around my vagina started itching so i itched it plus i wore a thong on the second day of the irritation can you please me please i havent got any time or money to go see a gynaecoligist is there something i can do please help
