Suggest Remedy For Swelling,water Discharge And Soreness In Stomach

Hi . I am 62 years old .and i had a operation for removing my utherus back in 1994 ....i got thyroid and Diabeties .The operation went all wrong cause the doc to left behind a tube in my stomach and she asked a junoir to remove it ..i had been given anethesia ,the junior in turn pulled and removed the tube and till date my stomach swells to the size of a football and i get severe fewer along with lots of water comming out fom my stomach .i have done sonography but everything seems fine .What should i Do ?
